To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appalaxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Apps.

We may suspend or discontinue any App, or restrict your access to it, at any time, with or without notice — particularly in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Apps or website after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
